Lee Davies, Born 15th July 1980 in Blackburn, England, boasts a rich and diverse career as an English drummer.

  • Early Talent: Lee's musical journey began at the remarkable age of four when he first picked up the drumsticks. Throughout the years, he has sought guidance from esteemed drummers such as Dave Weckl and Francis Seriau amongst others.

  • Academic Pursuits: His passion for music led him to pursue formal education at Tech Music Schools in London, where he made history as the youngest full-time grant-funded student in the UK at just 16. Lee later enhanced his skills by graduating from the University of West London with a degree in Pop Music Performance and Music Business.

  • Professional Ventures: Lee's move to London in 2000 marked the beginning of a thriving professional career. Collaborations with industry heavyweights such as Mike Stevens and Yak Bondy honed his craft and expanded his network. Notable sessions at Rollover Studios in NW10 further enriched his portfolio.

  • Live Performances: Lee's drumming prowess has graced stages across Europe, including a memorable European tour with Lucie Silvas in 2004. He's lent his rhythmic talents to various UK rock and pop acts over the years, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and in-demand drummer.

  • Educational Commitment: In 2013, Lee shifted his focus to education, assuming the role of head of drums at Jamm Studios in Merseyside. His dedication to nurturing talent has seen his students achieve remarkable success, landing gigs at renowned venues such as The London Palladium and also on television, In 2023 Lee taught over 3000 lessons making him one of the busiest private tutors in the UK.
